I think the Fashion Department at Teen Vouge was having a way off day when they posted this on their, The 29 Best Back to School Shoes page on their website. I know that plaid is the "pattern of the moment"(I'm hoping more like "pattern of the second"). I will let some plaid things slide but........... this is a little too much to cross under the already low bar.I love Teen Vouge but sometimes you just have to step back and say..........
